In 2005, USASA appointed a committee to develop the criteria for the Hall of Fame. With roots
dating back as far as 1914, it was time that the organization came up with a means to honor those that have given countless

Nominations for the 2010 Class of the USASA Hall of Fame can be
found in the forms section of this website. Nominations should be submitted by April 15, 2010 to the USASA office (address
on form)
Attached please find the 2010 Hall of Fame Nomination
Form which has been modified by the Hall of Fame Committee, and convereted to one that may also be submitted electronically.
The firm deadline
for nominating individuals for 2010 Induction is April 15, 2010. This year's induction ceremonies
will take place in October, 2010, during the USASA Mid-Year Meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
